Before You Can Join This Program
This work is unlike anything you've experienced in traditional leadership development. You cannot know if it's right for you from reading about it—you need to feel it in your body.
The free 90-minute masterclass is your essential first step. It gives you a direct experience of embodiment practices and helps you understand whether this approach resonates with you.
Only after attending the masterclass can you register for the full program. This protects both of us—ensuring you're genuinely ready for transformational embodiment work, not expecting lectures or traditional coaching.
Then keep reading to learn about the full Embodied Leadership© for Men program you'll be invited to join...

Embodied Leadership© the Programme
01 — Immersive Two Day Retreat
Tuesday, April 14–Wednesday, 15, 2026 · Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire
We begin in person, in community, in depth.
Two full days of experiential work with the four elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air — the foundation that governs how we function as human beings.
Whether grounded or scattered, vital or depleted, fluid or rigid, clear or confused — this is where something deeper than thinking starts to move. Where suppression locked in the body begins to release. Where the armour softens, and power you’ve been taught to suppress becomes accessible again.
Highlights:
Beautifully prepared vegetarian meals—surprisingly delicious, lovingly made, and designed to nourish both body and connection. Some of the deepest conversations happen around the table, where men drop their guard and simply talk
02 — 12 Weekly Sessions (Online)
April – June 2026 · Tuesday evenings, 7:30–9:30pmAfter the retreat, we continue weekly with experiential sessions to integrate what was awakened, working with the five archetypes — Warrior, Lover, Sovereign, Father, and Visionary/Tactician — mapped to the body’s power centres.
Each 2-hour session includes:
• Experiential work and embodiment practice
• Integration into real-life situations at work and home
• Shadow work, as wholeness means owning all of yourself
• Recordings and private WhatsApp support for between-session integration
Recording Policy:
“Only the weekly online sessions are recorded, and recordings are available individually for 24 hours if you miss a session. The retreat and experiential elements are never recorded to preserve the integrity and exclusivity of the container.”
03 — Integration & Continuation
One month post-programme
A final online gathering to reflect, integrate, and celebrate your progress. This closes the container, while the brotherhood you’ve built remains if you choose.
Optional one-to-one coaching is available for deeper integration — no expectation, no next programme waiting.
Limited to 15 men — small cohort for depth, safety, and genuine transformation.
A container in which real change becomes possible.
The Asha Centre, set in beautiful grounds with a peace pavilion, meditation lodge, fire pit, labyrinth, and organically cultivated gardens

What Shifts You’ll Notice
By the end of the retreat weekend:
• Nervous system shifts, body remembers its own intelligence
• Suppressed power begins to awaken
• Presence, clarity, and aliveness emerge
By Week 6:
• Creativity flows naturally
• Calm under pressure arrives effortlessly
• Decisions come from the whole system, not just the mind
• People notice a deeper presence and confidence
By Week 12:
• Embodiment becomes who you are, not something you do
• Leadership, creativity, and clarity are fully integrated
• You show up from presence, not performance
Proven Methodology
Susie Heath guiding a leadership embodiment session methodology proven
with over 380 leaders, including the One of Many women’s programme.
Feedback from recent conference attendees - not to impress you but to impress upon you the value and necessity for this type of work. For many of these women, it was their first time:
“First intro to embodiment — amazing!”
“Wow! Bonkers and totally out of my comfort zone but I loved it!”
“I have shed an old version of me that was not needed any more.”
“Best part — energy & movement exercises, I hated the idea, but it made it unique and different.”
This approach has helped leaders move from performance to presence, unlocking clarity, creativity, and resilience.
A Note on Funding
This is serious, intensive, measurable leadership development. If your organisation can support the investment, a separate brochure outlining outcomes, methodology, and ROI is available after the Masterclass.
Embodied Leadership©
The Physiology of Success - facilitated by Susie Heath
Pioneer, Executive Coach, Speaker, Business Strategist, Music and Dance Therapist, Author, Mother, Grandmother — Susie says her biography is long because she has “travelled around the sun quite a few times.”
For 28 years, Susie has worked with leaders and executives who've mastered the art of looking successful while feeling increasingly disconnected from themselves. She specialises in helping people move from performance to presence, from functioning to fully alive.
Her own journey taught her this the hard way: running multiple careers, raising children, and living on adrenaline led to burn-out. Life-changing events — including being in Hawaii on 9/11 with Tony Robbins and 500 New Yorkers receiving devastating news — became her wake-up call. She discovered that reconnecting with the body’s wisdom, not just the mind’s strategies, was the missing piece in sustainable high performance.
Her unusual background includes French teaching, retail design, marketing with Merrill Lynch, film production, and founding Gardens Under Glass — a horticulture company where she became a TV presenter and Royal Horticultural Society speaker. She was one of the UK's first Life Coaches in 1999 and has since worked with executives from BP, KPMG, NatWest, Credit Suisse, plus high-profile performers and royalty.
She now runs transformational programmes for both women and men, including her signature Embodied Leadership work. As she says, she has gone “from growing plants to growing people.”
“This work is about knowing yourself fully — not from arrogance, but from clarity. Real power comes when you get out of your own way — when you stop watching yourself lead and just lead. When you bring your full presence — flaws included — that's when people trust you.
Stop performing leadership. Start inhabiting it.”
